Foundation "International Festival of Military Brass Bands" is not a government organization and its purposes are:
- to popularize military musical art;
- to organize and carry out annual International festival of military brass-bands;
Mr. Valeri Valev is president of the Foundation “International Festival of Military Brass Bands” and of the Festival committee. A Festival committee was formed out of representatives of the co-organizers, cultural and non-government organizations for the purpose of organizing and carrying out the Festival.
The Festival works together with:
- The General Staff of the Bulgarian army;
- Vasil Levski National Military University;
- Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
