I bid you welcome in one the most Bulgarian town – the old-metropolis Tarnovgrad! I am extremely excited that a long-standing dream of mine became reality. And namely the implementation of the International festival of the military brass-bands! Still happier I am that this happens in the town where military orchestra music was heard for the first time. I hope your stay in this historical and spiritual centre will be as exciting as your high professional presentation before the Veliko Tarnovo exigent audience will be. Let this festival turns into a true feast of the military brass-bands.
